Get user entitlements (specified user)

The following endpoint outputs a list of entitlements associated to a specified fan. It returns entitlements assigned directly or via products.

Base URL depends on environment used. Standard environment: https://entitlements-management-system.cortextech.io. US environment: https://entitlements-management-system.cortextech.us
